Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AMINOS app. By downloading or using AMINOS, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not medical advice. AMINOS is a personal tracking and education tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to use any compound. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

1. What AMINOS is

AMINOS helps you organize and track compounds, schedules, doses, inventory, application sites, and related lifestyle logs, and provides general educational reference material. Educational content and research summaries are for general information only and may not reflect your individual circumstances.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AMINOS. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the data you enter and the decisions you make.
You will comply with all laws that apply to you, including those governing any compounds you track.
You will not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

4. Health & safety disclaimer

AMINOS does not verify the accuracy of any information you enter or any third-party educational content. Calculations such as reconstitution, concentration, and syringe units are estimates and should always be independently verified before use. Never rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

5. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require an account or an auto-renewing AMINOS PRO subscription. AMINOS PRO Monthly lasts one month and AMINOS PRO Yearly lasts one year. The localized price charged for the selected plan is shown in the app before you confirm purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings and can restore an eligible purchase from within AMINOS. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. Intellectual property

AMINOS, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal use. Your data remains yours.

7. Third-party services

AMINOS may reference or integrate third-party services, vendors, or content. We are not responsible for third-party products, and any listing or reference is not an endorsement or a guarantee.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any health outcomes related to compounds you choose to use.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
